Fixings :

  • 1/2 lb ladyfingers 
  • Mango Cheesecake 
  • 16 oz cream cheddar 
  • 1/2 glasses substantial cream 
  • 2/3 glass sugar 
  • 3 expansive mangos cubed, juices held 
  • Jello Coating 
  • 1 glass mango juice 
  • 1 oz gelatin powder or agar 
  • 1/2 container bubbling water 
  • 1 tbsp rum or triple sec, discretionary 
  • Serving (Discretionary) 
  • whipped cream 
  • new mint sprigs 
  • new berries 



Directions :

Mango Cheesecake :
  1. Strip and shakers mangos, holding remaining juices in a little bowl. 
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheddar, cream and sugar together into a thick cheesecake pudding. Crease in mango pieces. 
  3. Plunge every ladyfinger rapidly into the saved squeeze, and spot around the edge of the springform container. At that point line the base of the container a similar way. 
  4. Empty mango blend into springform dish, utilizing a spatula to spread uniformly until level. Rap container tenderly on work surface to smooth. Chill while making the completion. 

Jello Coating :
