You’ll Need:

  • 1 bundle dark colored rice lasagna noodles 
  • 2 mugs pounded butternut squash (either canned or newly cooked) 
  • 1 sack solidified spinach 
  • 1 group tofu ricotta (formula beneath) 
  • 1 (15 oz) container tomato sauce of decision 
  • 1 container destroyed vegetarian cheddar 
  • Salt and pepper as required 

How to Make:

  1. Preheat the stove to 375 degrees F. 
  2. Cook lasagna noodles as per the bundle guidelines. 
  3. While the pasta is cooking, defrost the solidified spinach in a little saute container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper until the spinach is totally defrosted. Exchange the spinach to a colander and press out however much water as could be expected. Put aside.
