You’ll Need:

5 every napa cabbage (4-4.5 lb every) (5 cabbages aggregate around 20 to 22 lbs)
1 every Korean radish cut into plates (discretionary)
Saline solution
4.5 quarts water
3 glasses Korean ocean salt cheonilyeom (with bittern expelled)
Flavoring Glue
For Blender
10 oz Korean radish
0.5 each yellow onion stripped and cut into lumps
0.5 every Korean pear stripped and cut into pieces
2 oz garlic cloves stripped
0.4 oz ginger stripped
0.5 every persimmon stripped and seeded
0.5 Tbsp saewoojeot (Korean matured shrimps)
1/2 glass Kkanari Aekjeot (까나리액젓) Matured Sand Spear sauce
Add to mixed flavoring
10 Tbsp sweet rice flour glue
1 glass Gochukauru (Red Bean stew Pepper Powder)
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp ocean salt (cheonilyeom) 

How to Make:

  1. Get ready Cabbages and Radish 
  2. Cut the root end (head) of every napa cabbage and spare the external enormous green leaves that fall away. 
  3. Cut cabbage down the middle (longwise) or in quarters for greater cabbages. TIP - don't attempt to cut the whole distance, simply cut the main 2 inches or somewhere in the vicinity and afterward utilize your hands to destroy them into two pieces. Along these lines, you end up with almost no bits of scraps since you are not blinding cutting every one of the leaves but rather giving the leaves a chance to pick which side they end up.
