You’ll Need:

100 g Somyeon Guksu (meager dry Korean noodles)

5 glasses water (to cook noodles in) 

Bibim Sauce 

1 oz fuji apple (can utilize other sort of apple) 1 oz apple = 1/4 of an apple (see pic) = 2 Tbs ground 

0.5 oz onion 0.5 oz = 1 Tbs ground onion 

1 clove garlic 

1 Tbsp rice vinegar 

1 Tbsp Gochujang Korean red bean stew glue 

4 tsp Gochukaru (Korean red bean stew powder) 

2 tsp soy sauce (Jin Ganjang) 

1 Tbsp sugar 

1 Tbsp nectar 

1 tsp sesame oil (more to taste) 

1 tsp Guk Ganjang (Soy Sauce for Soups) 

Vegetables 

3 every red leaf lettuce leaves 

3 every perilla leaves 

1 glass cabbage cut slender 

1/2 glass Spring Blend 

1/2 glass cucumber (Korean/English/Persian/Japanese) julienned 

1 daikon sprouts 

Salted Daikon Radish - Discretionary 

4 oz Korean radish or Daikon cut 1 inch wide 

1/2 tsp Korean ocean salt 

1 tbsp rice vinegar 

1 tbsp sugar 

Kimchi Topping - Discretionary 

1/4 container cabbage kimchi cut 

1/2 tsp sesame oil 

1/4 tsp sugar 

How to Make:

Noodles and Eggs
